The problem
Personalised outreach does not scale by hand. A message that fits the person, their role, their company and the right stage of the sequence takes time to write. Done well it does not scale; scaled up, it stops being personal.
What we built
Every morning an agent reads the task list, works out which leads are due and at which stage of the sequence and writes a draft for each one - per language, per campaign, per rep. The rep opens a daily briefing, reviews, edits and sends. Sequence tracking runs on its own.

The result
More than ten campaigns have run on this system for one client. The bigger change was not writing speed: a lead can no longer drop quietly out of a sequence, which was the usual failure before.
