Marketing Content Engine
No content team, no shared knowledge base, content produced inconsistently. We built a production system that runs a repeatable weekly cycle and generates 13+ content formats from a single knowledge base.
The problem
No dedicated content team. Planning and writing consumed disproportionate time every week. Content was produced inconsistently - quality depended on who had time that week, and every piece started from scratch with no shared knowledge base.
The result: sporadic publishing, inconsistent voice, and a backlog of topics that never got written.
What we built
A content production system that generates 13+ formats from a single knowledge base:
LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, case narratives, competitor audits, weekly industry scans, carousel posts, thread series, one-pagers, content calendars, event content, social reactions, and content repurposing.
The weekly cycle:
- Automated monitoring collects relevant news and developments
- A prioritised digest goes to the team for review
- Approved topics run through the appropriate content skill
- Outputs go through human review before publishing
Stack: n8n · Claude · web scraping · Google Sheets · email
What changed
Content planning time dropped by 90%. Two full days of weekly planning became two hours. The team went from producing content inconsistently to running a repeatable weekly cycle with a clear process from monitoring to publish.
13+ content formats available from the same knowledge base - so updating the source once flows through to every output type.
