The problem
Tenders, proposals and marketing content were all produced by hand, and quality varied with whoever was available. The institutional knowledge sat with one or two people - when they were busy, the work either stopped or came out worse.
What we built
A workspace where a structured knowledge base connects to a set of workflow skills.
- 15 knowledge base files covering company profile, services, pricing, brand voice and proof points
- 18 workflow skills across four domains: tender evaluation, proposal generation, marketing content and lead outreach
- Branded document generation (.docx, .pptx, .xlsx)
- Team access through Claude Projects, for people without a technical setup

What changed
All four domains run from the same source, so the work no longer depends on who is free that week. Update the knowledge base once and every output type is written from the updated version.
